It is also handy for Mountainhall Treatment Centre and the main DGRI hospital.

About the Property

Adelaide House offers seven fully furnished letting rooms over three floors in a well-maintained, licensed HMO.

  • Washing machine + coin-operated tumble dryer
  • Breakfast bar, dining table & chairs
  • Rear patio with seating, washing line, and sheltered bike storage

The property is double glazed, with easy to open tilt and turn large windows, gas centrally heated, and well-insulated, ensuring year-round comfort. Superfast broadband with strong WiFi coverage is available throughout. All rooms have lockable doors for added privacy and security.

All our rentals include all utility bills and Wifi. We also clean through the communal areas on a regular basis.

  • Painted in a fresh, clean white, creating a bright and modern atmosphere

From the ground floor, a curved, attractive staircase—full of Victorian character—leads you to the first floor, adding a lovely sense of charm and style to the house.

Room 1: A large and pleasant double bedroom with a private en suite shower room.

First Floor – Rooms 2, 3 & 4 + Shared Shower Room

Room 2: A narrow, long cosy single room – bright and quiet, front facing

Room 3: Spacious and airy single room, also front facing

Room 4: A generous single room overlooking the rear garden

Second Floor – Rooms 5, 6 & 7 + Shared Bathroom

The second-floor bathroom features a shower over the bath, a sink, and toilet – a spacious and modern facility shared by Rooms 5–7.

Room 5: Bright single room, front facing, with attractive tongue and groove panelling halfway up the walls

Room 6: Another bright single room, front facing, also featuring lovely tongue and groove panelling for added character
